Commemorative Events in Canada

We intend to facilitate multiple events across Canada with small events in 2026 and major ones in 2027. In order to accomplish this, we need your help. Specifically, we are looking for volunteers to help organize events in your local Community or Region. As word spreads, interest in the Balkans should increase and hopefully more and more Balkans Veterans will become aware of our plans. Canada has never acknowledged our contributions in the Balkans, and it is a forgotten conflict. We want to change this. Our 40,000 served in the Balkans between 1992 to 2024 and 23 died while serving in the Balkans.
